Shkumbin Halabaku is finishing his Master’s Degree for Political Sciences at the University of Salzburg where he also works as teaching and research assistant. He has a special focus on small states and international politics; in his thesis he treats the circumstances in which small states benefit their aimed results in international negotiations.
