Shqipe Neziri Vela is an energy sector specialist and an anti-corruption practitioner. She has over twenty years of professional experience with various international development agencies. She currently teaches energy policy at RIT Kosovo, is a co-founder of Kosovo Women in Energy and Mining, and serves in the advisory council of the International Women in Mining.
