K2.0 is seeking a skilled IT Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to our organization and ensuring the smooth functioning of our IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities:
- Installing, configuring and maintaining hardware and software systems
- Troubleshooting technical issues and providing timely resolution
- Maintaining and updating network and system security protocols
- Monitoring and maintaining backups of critical data and systems
- Conducting regular system audits to ensure data integrity and system performance
- Managing inventory of all hardware and software assets
- Setting up equipment and cables for podcast and shooting, when needed
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- At least two of experience as an IT Technician or similar role
- Strong technical knowledge of hardware, software, and network systems
- Familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems
- Experience with network protocols, server administration and virtualization
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
