
Kosovo and the Board of Peace
A few risks in return for many rewards?
As long as Kosovo remains outside major international organisations, initiatives such as the Board of Peace will remain attractive.
Can Kosovo, as a non-UN member, send peacekeepers to Gaza, an area that is part of the State of Palestine, which itself does not recognise Kosovo?
The safety of Kosovar peacekeepers could be at risk if there is no clear transition process and engagement with local actors.
