The nervous city
Prishtina between crisis management and management crisis.
A city like this does not offer continuity but produces interruptions and when interruptions become permanent, they create fatigue.
The city is managed to function today, not to live tomorrow.
The problem is not the lack of plans, but the lack of continuity in decision-making and orientation in development.
