The older women get, the more they are discriminated against in employment.

The high rates of unemployment and job insecurity caused by a large informal sector, are only two of the barriers that women face in the job market in Kosovo. The insufficient implementation of the law and the current legal framework allow women to be discriminated against on the basis of age.K
