On May 25-26, Kosovo 2.0 and the GAP Institute invite you to join a workshop and enhance your skills in research and writing on all matters of health. This workshop is part of a wider series organized within the European Union-funded project “Innovation for resilient media and citizen engagement”
Why health?
With many countries worldwide moving towards easing COVID-19 measures, it feels like the era of this pandemic is coming to an end. However, lessons learned from this time will continue to be relevant as we seem to be going back to our previous “normal.” One of the most important ones is how COVID-19 has exposed the weaknesses of our healthcare systems. A lesson learned here is that health is an important field to continue to hold under the magnifying glass.
How do we continue reporting on the health-related issues “post”- pandemic? And why do we need to? What flaws in the healthcare system need more investigating and how do we go about it? With the pandemic showing us that there are different levels of access to quality healthcare, how do we know if the poor and the marginalized struggle with access to other types of treatment as well?
