Questions and Answers within the Public Call for Applications for Small Grants for technical/organizational interventions under the SMS Facility – Small Media Support in the Western Balkans.

Small and local media outlets across the Western Balkans are invited to apply for support aimed at boosting their internal development, operational sustainability, and digital adaptation. The initiative aims to ensure the long-term viability and independence of media organisations in Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Montenegro, North Macedonia, and Serbia through tailored technical and structural support.

The Project welcomes potential applicants to submit their applications until 17 October 2025.
