Since 2018, Arjeta Gashi has led the Single Parents Association, which helps single mothers in Kosovo.

The challenges and difficulties that Gashi encountered after her divorce inspired her to found the organization that has helped more than 360 single-mothers in Kosovo. Many of them have been supported with grants to start their own businesses and become financially independent.
