There are still 1,646 missing persons from the war in Kosovo. But 20 years later, the families of the missing remain in the dark. International working groups, trials and diplomacy efforts have not been enough to figure what happened to those that never came back.
In this video, we take a step back to try and understand how missing persons from the war in Kosovo are legally recognized and who is responsible for finding them. K
