As long as we continue filing requests for access, being denied, writing a report about it and leaving it at that — we are not helping much.
Official refusal
In a normal and well-established democracy, once a court reaches a final verdict, the parties involved are obliged to respect and implement it.
It is not sufficient to complain once the law has changed.
